3 dashes Dry spices (I used Montreal Steak Spice and black pepper.)
3 cloves Garlic
3 Carrots
Instructions
Preheat oven at 400ºF.
Wash and cut up your produce.
Add your dry spices & drizzle with oil.
Roast & let cool for 5 minutes.
Roast for 30 minutes, or until the veggies are soft all the way through. Keep in mind veggies that are cut into larger sizes will take longer to cook.
Place contents into a blender and blend until smooth.
