𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
▫️1 1⁄4 cup unsweetened oat milk
▫️1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
▫️2 cups all purpose flour
▫️1 cup coconut sugar (Or granulated sugar)
▫️2 teaspoons baking powder
▫️1⁄4 teaspoon salt
▫️1 tablespoon corn starch
▫️1⁄3 cup avocado oil (Or oil of choice)
▫️1 1⁄2 cup fruit and/or chocolate chips
▫️Extra brown sugar (optional)
𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Combine wet ingredients in a bowl (excluding the fruit)
3.Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl
4. Combine both wet and dry ingredients
5. Mix all ingredients together.
6. FOLD in the fruits of your choice. Do not overmix.
7. Bake for 30 minutes or until you can pierce with a butter knife and it comes out clean.
